Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, the order will be processed and cancellations will no longer be possible.

If you wish to cancel your order within this 12-hour window, please contact us immediately at seeseproblower@gmail.com with your order number.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase after receiving it, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To initiate a return, you must contact us via email at seeseproblower@gmail.com to receive the return address and detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior email approval will not be accepted.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be in new, unused condition.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
